Publishers and advertisers must ensure that all traffic:
Is genuine and human-generated
Complies with applicable laws and regulations
Does not involve fraud, bots, auto-redirects, misleading ads, or forced clicks
Prohibited traffic includes but is not limited to:
Fake leads or conversions
Incentivized traffic (unless explicitly allowed)
Malware, spyware, or deceptive practices
Content involving hate, violence, illegal activity, or adult material (unless approved)
Avarest reserves the right to investigate traffic quality and withhold payments for invalid or fraudulent activity.
Earnings are calculated based on valid conversions confirmed by advertisers.
Payment schedules, methods, and minimum payout thresholds are defined in your account dashboard.
Avarest may delay or withhold payments during fraud investigations or compliance reviews.
Chargebacks, reversed conversions, or advertiser disputes may result in deductions.
Advertisers must ensure that:
All offers, creatives, and landing pages are lawful and accurate
Tracking links and postbacks are correctly implemented
Offers do not violate intellectual property, privacy, or advertising laws
Avarest may reject or remove any campaign at its discretion.
You agree not to:
Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform
Reverse-engineer or copy platform technology
Use Avarest branding without written permission
Engage in activities that harm Avarest’s reputation or partners
All content, software, logos, trademarks, and platform features are the property of Avarest Ad Network unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Avarest is not responsible for:
Loss of revenue, data, or profits
Advertiser offer pauses or terminations
Technical issues beyond reasonable control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you in the preceding 30 days.
Avarest reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account:
For violations of these Terms
For fraudulent or abusive behavior
Without prior notice if required to protect the platform or partners
Upon termination, unpaid earnings may be forfeited if violations are confirmed.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable international business laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
